Absolutely pathetic service

We placed our order for starters at around 3pm and main meal around 15h30, we placed our orders. It was a simple order, 5 fillet steaks 200g, one medium rare with pepper sauce with hot veg, 1 medium with cheddermelt sauce and hot veg, 3 medium with cheddermelt and chips and onion rings and for the kids it was 2 burger meals. At 16h15 another lady(not Dondre) came to ask us if everything was okay, we told her that we are still waiting for our food. She seemed so confused as if the order had not been placed and our waiter Dondre was nowhere to be found. It was now an hour later and no food yet, we became irritated and the children were starving and we had other plans at 5pm. I asked for Dondre and we were told he is new and they sent him to the back to calm down because this was too much for him. anyways the food arrived an hour later and then it was still cold and incorrect. No pepper sauce and no cheddermelt sauce. This is totally unacceptable and PATHETIC service. I think some sort of voucher or something needs to be given to us for the bad service and for the inconvenience caused. We were 5 guys and 2 boys! I definitely wont be returning to that SPUR anytime soon
