Absolutely disgusting Customer service & hygiene

We went to have lunch at the Mexico Spur.<br> The service was pathetic, but finally got assistance from another waiter (not our waiter) whose lack of hygiene was disgusting. Apologies to say, but he smelt so bad we was actually put off our food.<br> My youngest son also had Buffalo Wings ( ridiculously small portion vs price) and as with all kids, it's a rather messy meal. We asked numerous times for some wet wipes, but for some reason were never supp****. Then when asking another waiter, were told they would first need to check with management if ok??? In our private discussion about complaining, mentioned it would be best to speak to a \white manager"due to the lack of hygiene and not to cause any racial issues.<br> When I walked to the outside smoking section"
