Absolutely disappointing

Attitude stinks at richards bay! Tried to have a nice birthday dinner, but plans were completely spoilt! No attention to customers whatsoever. Portion sizes are less that 1/4 of the other spurs close by. Manager, Johan, advises that it isnt strange. It is the norm
