Absolutely Diabolical Service

Waited a good 40 minutes for my food to arrive. Only to find my main corse was terribly cold. Took a bite into the burger and my appetite was ruined. I called my waiter over. Told him about it. He didn't see the need to apologise at all. He took the burger away and said he'll need to speak to his manager. I waited almost 30 minutes for, and stI'll no burger. I compared this service to home affairs, and it felt the same.<br> <br> I did not want to bother him further by asking for the bill so we politely got up and went to pay the bill at the front desk. <br> <br> After paying, this waiter comes running on with the burger. He tells me. \here's your buroger sir". No apology for the additional 30 minutes wait.
