ABSOLUTE LET DOWN AND DISGRACE

We took our grandchild to Spur at Clearwater Mall last night for his FIRST birthday celebration. What a TOTAL LET DOWN and DISGRACE! We ordered a Castle Free beer with a sprite, after a long time the waiter comes to tell us they do not have Castle Free or sprite. So my husband decided to drink water, which they had. Then later on, someone at the table ordered coke zero; when they brought it to the table, she told us it was the last two cans. They were also out of bacon. We told the waiter it was his birthday and that they must come and sing to him. They never came!! When we asked for the bill and he was sleeping already, she wanted them to come and sing to him. He also never had his free ice cream. Needless to say: WE WILL NEVER, NEVER EVER VISIT SPUR CLEARWATER AGAIN AND WILL BE SURE TO TELL EVERYONE ABOUT THE BAD SERVICE!
