absolute disgrace of customer centricity

my wife and i usually enjoy the taste of good food, however this time we regret ever buying food at spur in Hatfield. we ordered cream spinach and pumpkin which were appalling , the spinach had no flavor and contained pieces of soil, clearly was not washed thoroughly, and there was no crème in the spinach. the pumpkin had to much sugar and dripping so much water. i will neverbuy there ever again because our spur disrespected our right to quality of goods and service. money wasted and appetite ruined , please guys don't go there
