A warm, friendly welcome...already feels like family

I would like to just give credit to Natasha, the manager at Coyote Spur in Zevenwacht mall. To be honest, I needed a little light and she honestly gave me what I needed. From the moment we got to the entrance she made every effort to make me and my family feel comfortable. Our kids actually hugged Natasha as if they knew her since forever. Our first encounter but a memory and I'm sure a relationship that will be built from here.

Going out of her way to get us seats close to the play area, swapping our food even when we didn't ask or complain about it. It wasn't to her liking and she gave us a quality meal when she saw the food a little burnt. We appreciate the immense care and quality you provide to your clients.

Wendy, our waiter, also gave us a warm friendly smile throughout our experience..

We will visit this spur again just because of the 2 of them. Thank you Natasha and Wendy.
