A little unprofessional

Hi Spur Westgate mall food is great service is okay, my only problem is management, I live close by so want to go as often as I can but find they are unprofessional. Eating on the floor, having meetings next to guest or loud conversations. You feel as if they are guest and you just there. Meetings and paper work should not be done in front of house, eating not a problem but in an allocated space not over a great conversation that disturbs others.

Other than that they handle everything well, they just maybe need more direction.
