A horrible meal costs R7 760.80 later

Saoring hawk spur at the airport made my planned amazing supper turn into a total NIGHTMARE!!!

I went to spur in the week wanting to njoy an good meal with my family but god they gave me an horrible experience.

Firstly our waitress was so unfriendly, not helpful and always missing. She brings half the order and forget about the other half of the order. After 10 minutes I finally go on a search for her. Then she only went to order the rest of our order.

I was gracious and dismissed her behaviour. Then she bring us drinks without straws. Now I am getting annoyed. When I wanted the bill I went off searching for her again coz she just went missing again. She doesn't even check up on us or find out if there was anything else she could get us. When I found her I asked her to bring the bill and also our take away boxes. She pitched with the bill and boxes but no bag to put it in. I then ask her if we can pay then collect a bag on our way out, without answering me she turned around and walked to another table without letting me pay.

After 10 minutes I decided to get up, pay at front desk and leave coz this woman is ****ing me off. On our way to the front she stops me for the payment. I told her I am going to pay at front desk and she forces me to make payment with her.

There I took the slip and scratched out her tip and giving her jack for the horrible service she gave. When she saw what I did she literally starts arguing with me about the tip. Telling me that I should give her a tip and that she had to walk far to go fetch me a bag for our food. I almost slapped the daylights out of the woman.

She eventually accept that I am definitely not giving her a tip and start with the payment. At home I took out the slip to throw away and when I look at the total I see she over billed me with R7 000.00. I almost lost my mind. I contact them immediately and the guy apologized and told he will refund me immediately.

It's been 3 days now already, no money in my account, debits can't go off which means more bank charges for me and when I spoke to them now again they Inform me NO PAYMENT HAS YET BEEN MADE AND IT WILL TAKE UP TO 7 WORKING DAYS!!!!

Now I am not ****ed I am flippen FURIOUS!!!!!!! They will definitely NEVER EVER see me again and who ever is thinking about going there, do NOT waste ur time. No one is taking responsibility for this and nothing is even being done to the waitress.
