A Birthday celebration spoilt by bad service

This morning 12 April 2025 at 7.45 we arrived at the Indianapolis Spur in Atlas Mall. Although the trading hours shown on the door indicated that the shop opens at 8.00 am, the sign on the door said "Open" and we went in and seated ourselves.

.At 7.50 our 2 guests arrived and us 4 pensioners were going to celebrate my birthday. We saw the staff having a meeting at the back of the restaurant.

By 8.15 I called the number *** and could clearly hear the phone ringing at the front desk.

By 8.25 we decided to get up and go to another establishment since nobody yet bothered to come and serve us.

As we went down the corridor I saw a waitress moving towards the entrance and she was quite annoyed that she was on her way but we walked out.

Thank you SPUR but if that is your level of customer service, I will rather not do business with you, or I will travel the 12 kilometers further to our regular Spur for our breakfast
