9 year old scalded with boiling water served to her at Spur

<p>Last night i took my kids to Spur. She finished her meal and requested warm water from the waitress. The waitress served her a glass of boiling water which she only found out when she tried to drink the water and was naturally scalded on her tongue and in shock the glass toppled over her and burnt her arms and abdomen. She was screaming and trying to pull off her clothes and was burned in the process. The Manager was nice enough to apply burn spray to her injuries and did all she could to relive the burns. She was embarassed because she tried to pull off the burning hot clothes in full view of other customers and burned badly w But does Spur serve boiling water to a request for water to a 9 year old. What is my recourse for my child.</p>
