9 year old daughter burnt in Paarl Mall Spur

<p> On the 23 July 2016 after a hockey match at Paarl Gym we went to the Spur, my daughter ordered hot chocolate, the waiter served the hot chocolate in a tall glass balanced on a small saucer, she leaned over the table and dropped it in my daughters lap. my daughter still in her hockey skirt was screaming in pain, the spur staff offered no assistance, other patrons jumped to our aid . I had to run with her in my arms to the nurses station at Dischem, they covered her legs in Burn Gaurd and bandaged them up, on Monday the doctor removed the bandages and app**** more bandages due to the severe burns. The spur Duty Manager called me on Saturday evening accepting responsibility and said he had reported the case to the owners of Red Mountain Spur. </p> <p> </p> <p>As yet I have not received any communication from them, 5 days later...shocking management s****s from the owners, staff were untrained as to what to do in an incident like this, no medical assistance was offered, no burn kit offered, no first aid offered</p> <p> </p> <p>I am highly disgusted in there lack of ability. The only compliment I can give is to the nurses at Dischem who were fantastic.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am looking into legal action, any advice?</p>
