The Bokke made us proud as South Africans and as part of the celebration,I decided to take my family to Spur in emperor’s palace. I’m so shocked to have received such bad service. Firstly, we ordered 3 summer coolers, only 2 were served to our table, when we asked about the 3rd one, we were told it was coming( another 20 mins wait). Cooler was served in a beer glass.The waiter’s name is Promise. He made us wait for our food from 19:30 to 20:35. In between all of this long wait, we asked for the manager ( Monica), she came and she told us the food was being prepared along with the drinks, we waited again and I had to go ask for her the second time. Spur used to be a family and service orientated restaurant..Where did they go wrong? Coz this totally unacceptable especially when you have kids with you. This is a BIG no go zone for and my family.oh and the 3rd summer cooler never arrived
