80 minutes of my life I won't get back

<p>We arrived and were served our drinks but then the waitress disappeared! We sat for 40 minutes and eventually we had to flag someone down to ask for service. He then left and came back to take our food order. After waiting another 40 minutes and not receiving our food, we asked someone else if we could pay for our drinks (a tea and a cappuccino) After all that time that was all we had been served. It was a quiet night so there was no excuse for such poor service!</p>
