50 Years of **** Service!!!

Worst experience ever. So today(26th October 2017) is the last day of the spur birthday offer and I decided to take my boys alone with me for a treat and rock up @Tomahawk Spur in Goodwood at 5pm. I eventually Come in at 17:30 after waiting for 30mins outside in the cold with my 2 boys and manage to put my name on the waiting list for a table for 2 as the kids won't even sit here but rather play so no need for a big table... also thinking this will be quicker... The hostess (apparently co owner/ owner's wife) taking the names says "go to the play pen and I will call you when a table is ready.. I will write here play pen so I can't forget" and she does this. 90mins go by and I ask another waitress to check on table availability for me as I noticed 2 tables available almost 20 mins but nothing. She consults the manager ( actually the owner Mr Ahmed) who checks in with the hostess (Mrs Ahmed) who confirms this. All the while I am watching from the play pen. The waitress never comes back so after a total of 2 hours of waiting in the play pen..... I decide to leave and walk by the manager and tell him and he acknowledges my name being on the list and just apologises (not good enough tho for the owner... he needs to be checked). I pass the hostess to say she can remove my name only to find out my name was scratched off already... oh my ****!!!! Now in less than 30 seconds I was offered a table aaarrrggghhhhhh!!!!! After threatening to leave I get proper treatment... Then when placing the order I have to wait and get told "no more ribs"..... The ONLY reason I actually went... However the guy who assisted me managed to get me ribs but still... No attempt in asking how they can restore my faith in their branch.... I was eventually helped and after getting my food etc I left and got home 4 hours later... Their worst ever... Because believe me this is not the first time I have experience the worst possible customer service from this particular restaurant. Spur... people who ***** with your life... Spur franchise... please visit this Goodwood store as they are bringing your name into disrepute... I live 5 mins from the restaurant but now after tonight I will rather drive 20kms to the next halaal outlet where they respect their customers. #spur #worstserviceever #willnevergoagain Tomahawk Spur Goodwood Spur franchise
