5 Stars for pathetic service to Idaho Spur

How pathetic is the service at Idaho Spur in Cradlestone. Ordered a milkshake for my son with our breakfast and the waitress don't even give him a straw to drink his milkshake. I struggled to get the attention of other waiters as nobody was interested in helping me they cared more about chatting to each other. Food eventually arrived and I had to wait again for the tabasco sauce although I requested his at the time the order was placed. Another waiter brought the tabasco to the table. I discovered that my egg was not the way I requested but was so hungry and wasn't prepared to wait for the waitress to come by to check if all is okay with the food. Well surprise surprise, she never came. She eventually arrived after I finished the food. I requested for a take away box for my son's food and requested the bill and card machine. She brought the take away box but not the bill and card machine. The bill arrived and not the card machine. Again I had to request it. The card machine eventually arrived as another waiter brought it to me and I proceeded to pay. I expressed my utter frustration and then was requested to wait for someone. I wasn't prepare to wait any longer. That Spur does not know anything about customer service / satisfaction. Utterly ***********!!
