40% of waiters tips taken by Business.

I have no issue with the food. I have an issue that I have to tip the waiters in cash because if I add the tip in the card payment Spur Meyerton takes 40%. So now I ask the question. Why are you making more money out of the tips as that money should go to the waiters. The waiters says if they speak up they get threatened with lawyers. This should be looked into so that the truth can be spoken. Is it true or false.
