30min waiting time
I arrived at spur zewenchact in kuilsriver cape town at 9:10 only served at 9:46 . Waiters are just up and down nobody botheres to ask anything. I do not see myself ever coming back here. Its the nearest spur to my house but the service is the poorest. There was no apology for the long wait nothing. I mean who runs a business like that. This has just ruined my entire morning

03 Feb 2016, 09:11Hello zazampaka,
Thank you for sharing your frustration with us. Saturday mornings (especially after pay day) are usually very busy with many Spurs running a queue. However, it is preferable that management (or a host/hostess) keep you informed of the waiting time and welcome you to the restaurant.
Please allow us to address your concerns with the owner/operator who will be in touch with you shortly.
Kind regards
