25 minutes in queue

Little creek spur in Tokai. Again we are in a queue. Last time tables were booked. This time MANY tables are empty, but apparently now they are short staffed and cannot seat people. It is weird to be standing in a queue For 25 minutes and there are (by a very quick count) 18 tables empty. Brought this to spur head office attention before... they basically called and apologized, but obviously did nothing to rectify it. This is effectively bad management... people got frustrated and left the queue... me, I did what spur probably counted on...We stood in a queue waiting for a table in a restaurant with MANY empty tables.
