2 Year old found in parking lot
I am so traumatised after visiting The Spur at Musgrave Centre today. I took my kids for lunch at Spur since we always eat there. Today we decided not to sit in front but rather towards the back at the kiddies play place. My 2 year was excited since it's the first time I allowed her to play there. The lady in charge of the kids convinced me that it's OK for me to let my daughter play there as she will make sure that all is good and she won't let her out the room. While eating, a lady from a table near to us asked if I was the mother to a little girl wearing denim shorts. I said yes and to my horror she said that my child was outside. By the time I ran from the back to the front door..my daughter was standing with a man at Funtubbles games. He found her in the car park running and brought her inside. Thank God my child was well. The child minder was not apologetic and was screaming to other staff about me being upset in her own language, she refused to speak to me in English or to apologise. The manager said he so sorry and will check the cameras. Check camera footage for what...what if the man who was kind enough to bring her in, was in fact a ******. Sorry is not good enough.
Thank you for sharing your experience at Mustang Spur with us! This is really alarming and hence the reason why we request that children 2 years or younger be supervised by a parent (or adult).
Please be assured that we will address this matter with the owner/operator as a matter of urgency as children and their wellbeing are of utmost importance to us. We apologise to you for any frustration this must have caused and once internally addressed, we will be in touch to offer feedback.
Kind regards
