1 thing for sure is that i'l nvr go again

I love spur and i'v been to a lot of them, never had a complaint but today I went to try the one in Carlton centre and I'm sorry to say that I wont ever set foot in the again. The waiters all hang out at the front, here comes in this guy and they all started screaming and hugging, forgetting about us the customers, the girl that was serving me even had to come back to ask what I had order all over again, she forgot to bring my water, and the food didn't have the salad with it, now I had to ask why I didnt get it since I had the same meal at Northgate last weekend, her excuse was some people dont want it... Like really? Luckily she did bring it after, however none of wat I had today looked like what I had last weekend I was even tempted to ask for a scale to weigh my ribs. I'm really disappointed especially since I had seen what the actual meal looks like at the other spur. And the waiters standing around, chatting as if they having a party... So not professional?
