No customer service

Last week I requested a signal test at my house to check if I have coverage at my house. The appointment was made for today, 11 May @ 9am. The technician only arrived at 10 am without letting me know why he is late or apologized that he was late. <br> <br> Then, when checking the coverage, he mentioned that he forgot something and went to collect it...Sales 101, ALWAYS be prepared.<br> <br> Then, when he came back, he checked the signal and packed up, without showing me or allowing me to check the speed on my own devices and laptop.<br> <br> Providing service like this to a potential customer is totally unacceptable and quite pathetic. If it starts like this and I am not even a client, then I don't think I will be using this company!!
