Martie at the call centre's service is shocking

<p>We have been a Sprintnet client only for a few months and generally we are happy. But don't call in to the call centre at night as Maaaaartie as such attitude. She will not take responsibility for errors even though on a previous occasion we were right and she was wrong. She also does not let you talk, she talks you dead and if she can't get her way she puts the phone down on you. Can Clint please call me. He sorted my problem last time which was a Sprintnet issue, the settings were wrong. </p>
