great after hours service

Just a quick note to let you know that I have been receiving good service from Sprintnet. I've had to call after hours a few times for help and Ashley has been very helpful on various occasions. Sometimes they had issues on their side and sometimes it was on my side. The issues are usually resolved very quickly though.<br> I also receive SMS notifications when they are about to do maintenance on the network to let me know when it will be be down or degraded for a while.
