Ashley making a difference

I recently created a hello peter complaint against this company which i can't turn into a compliment.From my previous complaint(STAY AWAY!!) they really seemed to gear up from what i can see.They apparently did a back haul on the tower and since then I am experiencing a solid stable connection.From pathetic to great service...You guys really did a 360 degree and I do honestly feel that you guys do care about your customers.Thank you ashley for going WAYYY beyond your duty and please ask your manager to call me so that I can compliment sprintnet on finally sorting out my internet and you for your patience and understanding and not once being arrogant and always being friendly even in the most difficult of situations.
