Another bad Sprintnet day

<p>We pay for a service we do not get. For 7 months we were told our internal setup is faulty and only after incurring costs on their recommendation did they admit their radio was faulty. We pay for a 6Mbps line and the speed test I just did was 0,02 Download and 0,74 upload. I refuse to call their call centre as they have no idea what they are doing. This company is totally useless. They keep on with that they do tests their side and don't find anything wrong. Now I have just done a test again and it sayd Upload Test Failed. Companies like this should not be allowed to operate, it should be *******. PAY BACK THE MONEY!!!</p>
