Humiliated and threatened with police to leave

I went into store to upgrade from an e- mail offer from an IPhone 5 to 6 as I was on my son in laws fram illy plan. First rep threw his hands in air and said I can't even talk to you. This account is past due!!!!! I didn't't know that since my son in law makes those payments. Everyone in the store heard it. I was so embarrassed! Then he acted like I was trying to **** him even though I had a copy of the e- mail sent from Sprint with the offer. I asked for the number of corporate office. I called my son in law who proceeded to pay the bill that was only a week late online. I was on a conference call with the corporate office for over an hour at which time they stopped talking with us, ignored us by continually muting the call. When I finally asked to talk with manager they said he is gettting ready to leave.. I said then you better hurry to get him out here. He was not very nice right off the bat, said I had been yelling and disrupting his store for 2 hours. IF that was true then why didn't he come out front and deal with it? That's because it didn't happen that way. In fact the store was so loud at times I went outside in the cold!! This man just wanted to go home!!!!
