Fix my accouny, I dont owe you
I paid my loan in full and the debit order mandate was also canceled by them after receiving the funds, but my account shows a balance I never borrowed before that is in arrears, if they were able to allocate the funds so quick what is so hard with rectifying the balance showing on their site
