Promised a loan. Paid the fee. Rejected by all creditors. Asked why... Could not explain or provide proof that a loan request was send. Refered me to "there legal" no help but if i pay more money for three month i might qualify for a payday loan..... Asked for a call back .... Nothing. Took my money and no help at all. Made desperate single mom give uo her last money as she was promised she will get the loan. R650 gone.

16 Oct 2023, 09:16Good morning Elrese. Our sales department doesnt handle the processing and unfortunately cant say as to why the loan was declined. At the end of the entire process a credit report is pulled so that the legal department can see what was stopping you from getting a loan - sometimes there are things that clients dont know about. They will draw up a proposal for you and if you are happy you can sign up with us. By signing up there are plenty of added benefits. As we tell all our clients - the credit providers have final sign in the loan after assessing your file. I'm sorry that we couldnt help you get the loan but I can assure you that we never stop helping our client. The manager will be in contact with you. Regards from the Spot A Loan team
