POOR SERVICE
By far the most unprofessional company. At first it is explained that you are required to pay an amount of R600.00 to be assisted. From the start of the transaction I explained that I was placed under debt review and still the consultant stated that they assist clients that under debt review. The service and feedback are honestly disgraceful. In the end you end up being declined. This company clearly are not aware that as per the national credit act, no further advance or loans my be provided to a person that was placed under debt review.

We're sorry that you feel this way. At Spot A Loan we do not and can not guarantee anyone a loan. The R600 covers all the admin work involved in submitting your application to the loan providers. Everything is also stated in our application form and our clients are never forced into anything.
