Clear communication and assistance from the sales consultant Samantha. Extremely friendly and helpful. When I app**** for a loan through their website, within a day she contacted me and explained how they operate. I am under debt review and believed I would not be able to apply for a loan. She did inform me about an upfront fee that is required and at first it did seem like a **** and after reading the reviews I had my doubts but as she explained what the fee is used for I came to a clearer understanding. I have decided to trust her and proceed and for the last 4 days she has provided me with feedback each and every day. No matter the outcome I am happy with the service that I have received.
