Our fee is for services to be rendered which includes the loan finding as well as the how to fix it application if the loan was unsuccessful. This fee is not to pay for the loan or to guarantee the loan. We have well trained consultants that guide all our clients through the application process. We clearly state that we can never guarantee a loan and we will never force applicants to part take - the decision to pay the fee is made by the clients. Our consultants keep clients updated every step of the process and the results of each provider. If unsuccessful we assist the client with a consumer report and a detailed plan on how to fix the problem which is done through Fix UR Credit and Legal Doc. We have been in business for 10 years now, we supply weekly stats on successful approvals and this can be seen on our limited complaints. Would we go through all this effort if we were a ****?
