Spocket dropshipping debit order ****

December 2025, Spocket drop shipping USA deducted two times on my bank account which makes an amount close to more than R3.5K on a same day and I requested them to refund coz I wasn’t aware of this, they said according to their no refund policy they won’t refund me however they will cancel any subscriptions and there will be no future charges, my account won’t incur future charges. Today 11/02/2026 an amount of USD74 (R1300.10) was debited without my consent and authority by the Spocket dropshipping. I also need to mention that I did consult my bank and they told me they can’t assist by reversing the initial amounts unless I get Spockets’s authorisation then they will be able to did that however they did not hence my bank account was debited again today.

Kindly assist me with this matter, I need this money coz I’m not working it’s my children’s school fees money and I work so hard to raise money. I need all the money they debited from my account from December 2025 till to date.

That makes roughly +- R5K, it may seem like a small amount however it makes a huge difference in our lives. Any prompt assistance will be helpful and highly appreciated.

I have all the POPS for all the transactions that took place.
