Would have been a first time Shopper but I will never come close your stores ever

I recently engaged with the FB team as I was looking for stock of Carvela Weekend Mid Cut Sneaker, at first the team advise Canal Walk has stock, however when I advised I was at store last night(18/12/2019) this the next message I received "Well, our system informs us there is stock, but this may be delayed since there is a 24-hour time period between the store system and ours. We suggest you contact our customer care team for further assistance. They can find stock and if needed, arrange for it to be transferred to the store of your choice. You may contact them on *** or ***. Thank you." This felt to me a little beat procrastinating as I could not under why they can check with store to confirm what the see, after being told I have been assisted I called the service useless then the agent went on a rant to arrogantly telling they have assisted me not before calling me RUDE
