Unsatisfied customer about Spitz staff

On the 16th of December 2023 me and my family went to shop at Spitz it was approximately 16H30 at Ilanga mall nelspruit. The were playing load music like it' was a sheeben or a Tarven, we couldn't shop, we tried reasoning with them to turn the volume down, but it was like we were talking to ourselves. They were dancing and singing along with the music. We couldn't believe that a respective shop like Spitz could behave like that. We told them we were going to report them to head office and they gave us a go ahead. We were really disappointed we ended up not shopping
