Unsatisfactory product (Lacoste Ampthill Chukka)

I'd like to express my disappointment on your products , to be specific a Lacoste ladies boots ( Lacoste Ampthill Chukka SKU: 321166) bought in December 2018 from one of your stores in Johannesburg Plein street .

The shoe already has defects on the threads/stitching , was taken back to the initial store bought from & store manager advised me leave the shoes behind so she can escalate it . Frankly when one pops out R1625.00 for a mere shoes expects the best of quality not something to ***** joy from me and inconvenience me :( .

I need this resolved as a matter of urgency and for further more details on defects , make contact with your store ( above mentioned) as the lady " store manager" is still holding on to it !
