Unresolved credit score

I have been communicating with Spitz for the past few days. I paid my account on time but it reflected as a missed payment and now my credit score is down by 24 points. I have given all the necessary documentation but still no proper feedback. I just checked my score right now and it still has not been amended with RCS.
