Unhappy with product and service rendered!!

Bought a shoe from their s**** in East London, unfortunately, I am saying now, I bought the shoe which was a sample, the shoe was finished and when I saw it I thought they had more stock, but I bought their problem which now my problem. Taking the shoe home, from laybye, kept the shie i decided to fit double check comfort noticed that the shoe it's very loose (big) return the shoe and was told can't return because it was wore, I said how else was I suppose to see if it fit well or not! Wanting to embarrass me at this store, took out a shoe which was similar, to my surprise there was no difference, instead their shoe in the s**** was dirty! Ended telling the sales person the shoe should be a reject, as this is a size lesser than my size but still loose. Reported this to their national store, a lady by the name of Christine called, said wants to hear my story, without any question she said they can't change the shoe. I asked her why want to hear my story whilst you already made your decision. This is not a sale product and to me R1895, it's expensive, not to be happy with product. I never experience such service in my life, being my first time returning shoe!! Now I say they sell rejects refusing to take full responsibility of any faults incurred.
