Uncomfortable expensive shoe that can't be exchanged for right fit

I'm not a fussy customer I'm very passionate about retail but some companies need to train their employees especially management It is so unacceptable that we get to spend a lot of money on your shoes and we still experience discomfort due to poor size fit design. We bought a Tossoni shoe at your Canal walk branch and my brother is wearing a 6 which we bought but the shoe is so uncomfortable as it feels like a size 5 called your Canal walk branch spoke to a store manager who was no so helpful. I need this to be resolved as my brother wants to exchange the shoe for a size 7. It is very disappointing that this must be escalated and your store manager can't resolve. The shoe was bought on the 18 for his graduation worn on the 19 but my brother couldn't even celebrate his graduation due to an expensive but uncomfortable shoe.
