Two weeks later no shoe from Tzaneen
Not happy: went to the Menlyn store on 14 February 2016 looking for the Saffron Browne Leather Loafer (SKU: 318374) in Guava/ Pink size 6. According to Lenah (Sales lady at Menlyn) indicated that the shoe was only available in Tzaneen. I then requested for the shoe to be sent through to the Menlyn branch of which she agreed to initiate the process. According to her, the shoes should take about 2 weeks to reach the Menlyn branch. Today, 24 Feb 2016, i phoned the Menlyn branch to check if my shoe had arrived but was told by Jan that the shoe was still in Tzaneen. This is a week and a half later with the shoe still in Tzaneen. I needed this shoe urgently but was willing to wait that two weeks but to wait another two weeks for that shoe is just not on. I am not happy about the service i received!!!

The matter has been forwarded to store management at both stores to address with their staff.
Arrangements are being made to have the shoes couriered overnight in order to resolve the matter as soon as possible and ensure you have your shoes.
Our Spitz Customer Care have tried to make contact with you to inform you of these arrangements but have been able to reach you.
