Terrible employees

Recently i had the unfortunate opportunity of dealing with Jacqulene a store manager at spitz gateway. I had a problem with my shoe and went in to return it whilst the other employees of the store asked what was my issue i explained to them, but i was told to wait for the manager whilst sitting and waiting for about 15mins for her I had the opportunity to witness her disrespectful behaviour to another customer, she was extremely rude her attitude was disrespectful to the customer and she made several implications to the poor customer who had to endure the her harsh words, she actually said to the custore that she is the factory who manufactures shoes and under no circumstance is anything wrong with the shoes they manufacture upon hearing the way she spoke to customers around her i immediately left the store and visted the pavillion branch where i was assisted with a smile no problem in returning my shoe, might i add i am a regular shopper at spitz and have sevaral pairs of expensive shoes but will never again support the gateway branch because of your so called store manager Jaqulene i witnessed the customer actually tearing after the insults Jacqulene made to her, it is so sad to witness these sort of things especially after paying so much for a single pair of shoes and i consider spitz to be of a high stature but now will never support the gateway store after witnessing this absolutely dissapointing that spitz will employ people of such characteristics
