SPITZ THE PAVILION SUCKS GOOD PEOPLE DON'T GO BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM

So I went to Spitz The Pavilion to Buy a Pair Of shoes well know as Carvella on the 4th of March 2019, I was so happy to get the shoe because I've been longing and saving to get it, so as I went there a gentlemen assisted me in getting the size which I requested size 6 and he said it was six because the way they write sizes now it confusing e.g size 6 is 39 and so on, and a gentlement at the till also checked the shoe to check if it was the write size and from where I was standing looked like they got it all correct, took the shoe went home fitted it again and it felt odd because one shoe was abit longer then the other and that made me feel uncomfortable so I decided not to wear the shoes for that week, and I decided no am gonna go and do an exchange to the "ladies make" because that one I had it before and it felt right so I did to the same shop The Pavillion Durban but now on a sunday 10th of March and I met a lady this time around and he checked the shoes and came back with one NOTE this she did not confirm with me she just gave me a size and she went while I clearly requested size 6 for the ladies make and that one really felt tight and I was uncomfortable and I went to her and asked is this 6 and she said OH NO it 5 we dont have six her but you can go to the CBD tomorrow they hav it there and am like OHK .

Next morning I go to Spitz Smith Street in the CBD and I get a friendly guy who was really nice in assisting, Firstly he checked the sizes and he is like Bro this is not 6 but one Pair is 5 and the other is 5 and the half and am like you must be kidding me my brother and he is like no am not he put the sizes down and says look this one is longer then this one and am like I did see that but I thought maybe it was just me or my eyes and he calls the manager he explains it to her and she is like no it ohk because it not the customers fault, let do the exchange and call Spitz The Pavilion to explain them self on how this maybe happened and I was so angry because they made me feel like a fool those people from the Pavillion, I went there twice and no one bothered to come clean if it was a mistake the first time around but I dont think it was because this shoe before it got to me it went through 3people at the Pavilion and it impossible that they didn't know or see this because now it shows that this is what they do also to customers who dont check or understand these new types of SIZE WRITING, I feel undermined because I paid R1725 + R90 for Polish and this is the bull**** I get for my money from them. I need this looked into and feed back. Thanks to SPITZ SMITH STREET in the CBD for such great service and fixing the issue because my first carvella and my second I bought it from you and I never had any problems and I thought let me go to the mall once because they say at the malls they sell the best but they sell the worse ripping clients off their money.
