Absolutely disgusted by the pathetic service and Carvela as a brand. The after purchasing a shoe and literally a day old upon noticing the the left shoe hurts to wear and evidently narrower than its right foot, to be met with the refusal to exchange or refund the shoe. This brand clearly thrives on ****ming customers, looking at the reviews left her by other disgruntled consumers speaks loudly about their bull****. I shall never recommend this shop and brand to anyone, neither will I ever stop speaking about this ridiculousness to everyone in person and all over social platforms! Very very disappointing and disgusting ****mers!
