Spitz refusing to close my account.

I have had a horrible experience with Spitz, my account was requested to be closed on the 25th January and to date it still has not been closed. I have requested and sent email continuously and have not been assisted at all.

I am utterly disgusted with the service received from RSC Spitz!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
