Spitz RCS ********* practices

<p>On the 12th of August I went into the Pinetown Spitz branch and asked t Nosihle Vonco to give me the settlement figure in order for me to close my account, I then made payment of R4444.57. Last week I received a statement that I owe R189 so I called the customer care line on ********** 321 and the person said that the teller in the Spitz store supposed to call them and get a settlement amount which would have been much lower than R4444.57 and now I have to pay R105 in order to close my account. This is ********* practices and your Pinetown branch needs training, close my account with immediate notice. I have now paid R106 so close this account asap</p>
