Spitz: Lacoste Terrible Quality - DO NOT EVER BUY THIS SHOE

Hi,

I have purchased a graduate blue Lacoste shoe from the Spitz in Boulders Midrand on 08 July 2020.

I have been working in the DRC and had the shoe with me there and upon trying to wash the shoe it completely destroyed the shoe. the material washed off as you will see in the pictures. Upon my return to Johannesburg I tried to go and change the shoe or get a refund. The store then told me I cannot exchange or get a refund as the time has lapsed even after me explaining to them I could not come as I was out of the country. I paid a substantial amount on this shoe and would like to either have it exchanged for one that will not damage when washed or get a full refund of the purchase price. I am extremely disappointed in the quality of this Lacoste shoe.
