SPITZ GREENACRES

Hi I recently went to a SPITZ store in Greenacres , I bought my sneaker there about 3 months ago , i only wore my sneaker 4 times and it started pulling open . Thursday the 19th of December I took my sneaker back . The manager told me that I have to walk til the sneaker is broken and I can’t bring it back when it’s open ,

Today Saturday 21 December I go back being it 48 hours already and the manager jumped down my throat saying she’s not authorized to give me a new sneaker or my money back , she was very very rude !!! And the service in that store is pathetic.
