<p>Hi</p> <p> </p> <p>I have an account with Spitz and have been paying in monthly basis as per our agreement. Now i want them to send me the proof of outstanding amount to settle if theres any, none of Spitz and RCS call centre agents or consultants knows who is handling my account.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have sent them severals Emails and made contacts but still today i have got respond from them, and what is ****ing me most is my ITC profile that is not updated yet.</p> <p>SPitz service is pathetic, i used to love and support them so much but i regret big time .They mother ****ers are not doing their jobs and ignore to service us.</p>

Please be advised Spitz Customer Care are not able to assist you with queries regarding your RCS account.
This was communicated to you on the 15th of February by one pf our operators at our Spitz Customer Care Call centre.
This same information has been communicated to you via e mail.
RCS manage all Spitz account information and all account queries need to be addressed directly with them.

RCS is saying the excet nonsense that you telling me. I have sent you guys severals Emails even cc RCS but both of still cant help me.
What joke is this?
