Spitz

So I bought a Lacoste sneaker 15 December 2024 at Spitz Lakeside which was R3500 and I bought it cash and I was happy and excited because I loved that sneaker but after worn it less than 5 times the lip of the sneaker is wearing off and it's caused by the shoe laces that come with the sneaker.so I took it back to Spitz Lakeside Mall and I was told I'm the only customer that has complained about the sneaker but they will take it to quality inspection so I left it at Spitz Lakeside Mall only to get a call 2 weeks later saying I must come collect my sneaker they cannot refund or replace it as the damage is caused by the shoe laces but i got the sneakers with the shoe laces and it's not my fault that the shoe laces are harsh in the shoe.im so disappointed in Spitz I loved my sneaker a lot as it's comfortable for me as I have an ankle operation but now I don't think il wear the sneaker with pride and it means my money went down the drain wow Spitz your quality of Lacoste I'm really not happy at all💔😭
