<p>I bought the pair of shoes carvela at Spitz..wen the help me the promise me that shoe will streage..but m not comfortable with this carvela..my feet's get swollen and painful.. So I went back to Spitz.. I spoke to one of staff explain to her my problem with shoes..she said I did wear the shoe..I said yes but its gave me problem.. She take shoe to Manager who said to the lady she can't do anything.. BT the shoe s still on good condition.. Manager came out of the Office and asked the Lady abut us..I was still waiting and checking other shoe..Manager look at me funny and went to office.. She never say anything to me or explained anything.. Spitz Jabulani mall</p>
